AN ACT

To amend chapter 265, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the slaughter of

feral hogs.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 265, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 265.480, to read as follows:

265.480. Any commercial slaughter plant or meat processor that has been inspected by the department of agriculture under chapter 265 or the United States Department of Agriculture under 9 CFR 352 may slaughter and process feral hogs for human consumption.
