AN ACT

To amend chapter 252, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to hunter education

exemptions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.038, to read as follows:

252.038. All current and honorably discharged former members of the military and law enforcement officers who are otherwise eligible for a hunting permit or license issued by the department of conservation shall be exempt from any hunter education and safety training course requirements under state law or regulation.
